The Igniter platform is FREE for teachers. There are no subscription charges or app-making charges. As there are no fees for platform usage, no refunds are applicable.
When a student purchases a course, the payment is processed directly to the teacher via the Razorpay Route. Any refund disputes regarding course content, quality, or delivery must be resolved directly between the student and the teacher.
Students can add money to their Igniter wallet to make purchases. Once money is added to the wallet, it is non-refundable. The wallet balance can only be used for course purchases on the platform.
Igniter charges a 5% commission per transaction. This platform commission is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If a teacher's course is removed or deleted from the platform after a purchase has been made, students can contact our support team at support@igniterapp.com for resolution.
