DreamForge Job Success — Terms of Service

To use DreamForge Job Success you must be 13 or older, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian’s permission to enrol and transact.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Contact support@igniterapp.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

On enrolment you get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the course for your individual use. Copying, sharing, recording or reselling content is not permitted.

Your access lasts as long as the course remains live on DreamForge Job Success, unless we suspend it for a violation of these Terms.

The price of each course appears on the Service in Indian Rupees, taxes included where applicable. Razorpay processes all payments securely, and we retain only a transaction reference — never your card details.

All transactions are subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update prices, but changes never apply retroactively to courses you already own.

Our separate Refund Policy on this site explains when you can claim a refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

Courses that have already been largely consumed or downloaded may not qualify for a refund, unless the law requires otherwise.

We provide the Service and its content “as is”, for educational use only. We strive for accuracy and uptime, but DreamForge Job Success cannot promise specific exam outcomes, continuous availability, or completely error-free material.

So far as the law allows, DreamForge Job Success is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Liabilities that Indian law does not permit to be excluded remain unaffected.

You agree to use DreamForge Job Success lawfully and respectfully: no piracy or redistribution of content, no attempts to defeat payment or access protections, no unlawful or harmful uploads, and no interference with the Service’s operation or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without refund in cases of serious misuse.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the academy ceases operating on the platform.

All courses, videos, notes, mock tests, branding, and other material on the Service are owned by DreamForge Job Success or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your licence to use them does not transfer any ownership to you.

These Terms are subject to the laws of India and to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

From time to time we may amend these Terms. Important updates will be announced in-app and the “Last updated” date above refreshed; by continuing to use DreamForge Job Success you agree to the updated Terms.
